I turn business problems into working AI — then scale it across the world.

Twenty years at IBM and Accenture building the platforms global enterprises run on: commerce, order management, and now agentic AI. I work where the value is — in the room with the business, and in the build.

The problem

Running direct-to-consumer commerce across markets took a lot of manual effort. Every merchandising change meant people working through storefront and marketplace back-offices, market by market, shop by shop.

What we built

A single conversational experience, built on OpenAI and Azure and living inside Microsoft Teams. A brand manager describes what they need; the agent executes it against Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the marketplace eShops.

Why it was hard

  • 22 markets, each with its own e-boutique
  • 185+ marketplace shops in scope alongside D2C
  • 10+ distinct merchandising operations automated
  • Built into the tool brand managers already use

The problem

B2B commerce, customer development and supply-chain operations ran on inefficient, error-prone processes, with customers and internal teams working from different pictures of the same account.

What we built

A unified Salesforce Customer 360 platform with shared processes for eB2B commerce, order management, customer service and trade promotion management — now extended with Agentforce for autonomous order management.

The problem

Every region had grown its own processes, so every region had its own solutions: fragmented, inconsistent and expensive to run for the large B2B customers that depended on them around the clock.

What we built

One global process on one platform, powered by IBM Sterling Order Management and Warehouse Management with J2EE services and MQ messaging — delivered through the SeLECT 2.0 and 3.0 upgrades.

§ 02 How I work

Close to the business. Hands on the build. Eyes on scale.

The pattern behind two decades of work, and the reason forward-deployed roles fit me. Here it is on my most recent project.

01Understand

Sit with the people doing the work

Before any architecture, I want to see the friction first-hand: the manual steps, the workarounds, and the numbers leadership actually cares about. For the merchandising agent, that was 10+ recurring operations eating brand managers' time in every market.

02Prototype

Prove value in weeks, not quarters

A small squad with a working prototype beats a slide deck. Two people, under two months: one conversational experience where a brand manager types a request and sees it executed in under a minute.

03Scale

Engineer it for the whole world

Then the hard part: integrations, operating model, and rollout across markets, channels and time zones. The agent now runs across 22 e-boutiques and 100+ marketplace shops, with 185+ in scope.

Understand: 10+ manual operations (Every market, every shop, by hand). Prototype: One agent. One conversation. (2-person squad · < 2 months · < 1 min per request). Scale: 22 markets · 100+ shops live (185+ marketplace shops in scope). AI agent

§ 04 About

At heart, a technologist.

Strategy only matters if it ships.

I've spent more than twenty years in consulting — seventeen at IBM, the last five at Accenture — and the part I enjoy most hasn't changed since day one: sitting with the business, understanding why something is hard, and building the thing that makes it easier.

I'm comfortable at both ends of the table. One hour it's a conversation with a CIO about where agentic AI will actually earn its keep; the next it's prompts, integration contracts, and a demo that has to work. Strategy only matters if it ships, and code only matters if it moves a number the business cares about.

That's why forward-deployed work suits me. The merchandising agent is the latest example: a two-person squad, under two months, and a result now running across 22 markets. Today I lead Digital Commerce delivery and Agentic Commerce initiatives for Accenture Song in Southeast Asia, and I'm looking for the next hard problem where AI meets real operations.
